Shipping costs

We currently offer Free Shipping to Miami Dade, Broward and Monroe counties. 

                    Order Procesing Times

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Shipment processing time will depends on the type of items your ordered, whether your order is stock, when you place it and where you are located.

Shipment Origin

All orders are shipped from JoJo’s Souvenir warehouse, Miami, FL. 

How to Know if Your Order was Shipped

Once your order is packed and shipped you will recieve an email with the tracking information.

Change of Address

If for any reason you need to change your delivery address after your order has been dispatched, send us an email with the new address. 


Official claims and returns policy

    • All shipments are insured on your behalf.  Our responsibility ends when goods are accepted by the personal in charge on the store/warehouse.
    • No deductions from payment will be allowed without prior written authorization.
    • Apparent damages and shortages of cartons must be noted on the Delivery Receipt before acceptance and signature for the shipment.
    • Examine shipment at once and report discrepancies to the Customer Service Department, by email within ten (10) days of receipt and we will assist you by filing a claim on your behalf.
    • Retain the damaged merchandise with the shipping container & packaging material for inspection purposes.
    • All returns require prior authorization. Returns without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be refused at our receiving department.  The RMA# must be clearly shown on your return shipping label. Your RMA# will be valid for ten (10) days from the date of issue.
    • Merchandise returned to us because of customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus freight charges in both directions.  (If applied)
    • Return of imprinted merchandise is not permitted.
